Dear Students,


Please follow the instructions below to complete the registration process:


    1. Soft Copy Submission:

  • Click on the botton below to access the registration form.
  • Fill out the form with accurate and complete information.
  • Rename the file with your name and file (eg. David_photo, David_SEE Gradesheet etc)
  • Upload files in mentioned file type (JPG or PDF) format not exceeding 200KB for JPG and 2MB for PDF file.
  • Review your entries to ensure all details are correct.
  • Submit the form online before the deadline.

    2. Hard Copy Submission:

  • Print a copy of the completed registration form.
  • Ensure the printed copy is clear and legible.
  • Submit the hard copy at the administration office on campus within the given time frame.

Important Notes:


  • Both the soft copy (online submission) and hard copy (physical submission) are mandatory.
  • Late submissions will not be accepted.
  • For any issues or questions, contact the administration office.
