MoU between MMC and ASDC

Mangal Multiple Campus (MMC) and Aayam Skill Development Center Pvt. Ltd. (ASDC) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish a collaborative partnership to enhance the employability of MMC students and facilitate their transition from education to employment. The MoU was signed on March 15th, 2023, and will be in force for a period of five years.

Under the terms of the MoU, ASDC will provide job placement services to MMC students who have successfully completed their degree programs and meet the eligibility criteria set by ASDC. These services may include identifying suitable job opportunities, facilitating interviews, and providing career guidance and counseling. ASDC will also offer internships and skill development training programs to MMC students during their academic tenure, subject to the availability of suitable opportunities and resources.

Both parties shall collaborate and promote each other’s activities and programs through various channels, such as social media, websites, brochures, and events. MMC shall provide ASDC with access to its facilities and resources as required to deliver the agreed services. Both parties shall maintain the confidentiality and privacy of each other’s information, data, and records related to this MoU and the services delivered.

Pradip Maharjan, Campus Chief of Mangal Multiple Campus, and Rojeena Manandhar, Founder Director of Aayam Skill Development Center Pvt. Ltd., signed and executed the MoU on behalf of their respective organizations. The MoU represents the understanding and agreement between MMC and ASDC and supersedes any prior negotiations, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral.

The partnership between MMC and ASDC is expected to provide valuable opportunities for MMC students to develop employability skills and enhance their prospects for employment after graduation.
