Background

Mangal Multiple Campus (MMC) is a Tribhuvan University (TU) affiliated community-based non-profitable organization established in 2064 B.S. (2007 A.D.) and promoted by an efficient team of reputed professionals, academicians, and social workers. MMC is one of the pioneering academic institutions of Kirtipur. As a purely public organization, the Campus feels responsible toward the community, society, and the nation.

MMC has successfully proved that quality education is not the outcome of high financial investments but the consequence of the sound labor of weariless students, dedicated faculties, and efficient management. A conducive academic environment, mutual understanding among all the stakeholders, high-level intellectual workshops, multimedia use, etc. are some of the numerous features of MMC that prove it an ideal educational institution with a difference. An enrollment of more than 400 students in Bachelor’s levels in various disciplines makes an easy answer to the question of why one must step to MMC for quality education at considerably reasonable expenses. The Campus has offered free ships to more than a hundred meritorious and underprivileged students per annum as a remarkable service to the nation. MMC has been guided by the shared vision and collaborative efforts of all the stakeholders to face the challenges of a globalized world.

MMC has created an organizational structure to serve the students. For this, departments coordinate the implementation of the quality assurance policy on campus. There have been efforts to uphold quality and standards to ensure good results and relevance in terms of the employment prospects of the graduates. The campus maintains pre-defined job responsibilities for departments, units, and individuals. There is a scope for expanding the provision to develop mechanisms and processes for internal quality monitoring and checks in the areas of teaching-learning and research. There is a scope for making it more efficient and effective by expanding participation and teamwork within the framework in a scheme of decentralized structure, responsibilities, and authorities.
